We believe that exposing children to activities involving movements they can repeat throughout their lifetime can help them avoid the problems associated with obesity. By introducing youth to healthy alternatives, we believe that they will develop eating habits that revolve less around sugary and processed foods that contribute to being overweight. It is our goal to decrease the number of obese children in our community that become obese adults by introducing calisthenics, plyometrics, speed and agility exercises along with providing nutritional education.
